The training offered by Dynamic Presence to organizations includes two components. The first one, the 5 Dynamics Training, revolves around the dynamic of the company. The second one, the CEVA Training, is a specialized training in prevention and peaceful intervention.

5 Dynamics

Training

 

This training is designed for organizations and focuses on the dynamic of the company. You will learn to evaluate the dynamic of the teams. The goal is to “revisit” your vision. In other words, we evaluate if your actions are in synergy with your mission. 

The next step is to implement a strategy to obtain a cooperative action.

CEVA

Training

The training for the organizations includes the unique CEVA method. It is specialized in a field that is often overlooked. The CEVA approach was created by Jean Boisvert to support the interveners dealing with individuals experiencing behaviours of frailty and aggressivity. It is based on the principles of centering oneself, care and the application of appropriate firmness. 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to interact in prevention and in peaceful intervention with individuals showing behaviours of vulnerability, distress, aggressivity or potential violence. 

 

It is also possible to teach the interveners to provide this training to the entire organization.
